Make it a day
At the Port Robinson Park location, families can cool down while enjoying natural surroundings, just steps away from the Welland Canal. If you’re lucky, you’ll see a ship as it makes its way through the St. Lawrence Seaway.
Shoot hoops, play baseball, kick around a soccer ball or rest under a tree for a picnic. Of course, no outing is complete without stopping for ice cream at the Bridge 12 Pub & Eatery.
Getting to the park in Port Robinson East is lots of fun from the Greater Niagara Circle Route as you ride the Port Robinson Ferry named Bridge-it. The accessible ferry is free and can get you to the Park-n-Splash pad. Just “rattle the chain” for service and they’ll come and get you for a short ride across the Welland Canal.
